Champolo Blog explains health and herbal wellness in plain language, so you can make better choices for yourself and your family.
Who we are
Champolo Blog is run by the team behind Champolo Store, a herbal supplement shop in Accra, Ghana, founded by Bismark Amoah. We started the blog because people kept asking us the same questions, and too much health information online is either confusing or selling a miracle.
How we write
- Plain language. If a 12-year-old can't follow it, we rewrite it.
- Honest about limits. We say what herbs can and can't do, and we never claim a product cures a disease.
- Doctor first when it matters. Every article tells you the warning signs that mean you should see a doctor.
- We fix mistakes. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
We sell products, and we tell you so
Champolo Blog is owned by Champolo Store, and we earn money when you buy from the store. Some articles show product cards for items we sell. We only show a product when it fits the topic, and we always tell you to check with your doctor first, especially if you take other medicines.
